Open the fleet quote form at /quote, complete the requested details, and submit it. When the submission succeeds, the page displays a receipt confirming that the request was received.

What information should I include?

The form asks for your company and contact details, fleet size, vehicle types, vehicle or equipment type, service location, how soon you need service, and service frequency. You can add notes if there is anything else the team should know.

What happens after I submit the form?

After a successful submission, the page confirms that your request was received. Legacy Fleet Care will reach back out the next business day during standard hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm.
