Fleet Contract Differentiators
What a Gwinnett Fleet Contract Includes
Four stated facts — the cadence we run on, the price we charge, and the cert blocks behind every signed inspection. No phrasings of "we don’t" or "they do" — just what your fleet gets.
Defects & Repairs Log
Any defect that scores Fail on a numbered line is recorded with date, technician initials, and corrected at the same visit. Trailer lift-gate, reefer, and flatbed lines only apply when the body-type cover selector ticks that section in.
Anti-stacking by design
Truck PM tiers include the DOT inspection. You will not see the DOT inspection charged as a separate line above a truck PM tier — the price is the price.
$135.00/hr inside-scope labor
One labor rate for Preventive Maintenance and DOT work — published on the contract, no separate diagnostic surcharge, no after-hours multiplier added at the invoice. Parts are quoted and itemized separately so you see the parts cost before signing.
Truck PM tiers with §396.21 cert blocks
Top, Medium, and Low truck tiers carry the approved C-PM, B-PM, and A-PM schedules. Dry Box is Semi-Annual and Reefer is Quarterly as separate trailer schedules. Inspector meets 49 CFR 396.19, and each inspection record is retained 14 months per 49 CFR 396.21(b)(1).
Don’t stack a DOT inspection on top of a truck PM tier
Truck PM tiers already include the DOT inspection in their scheduled scope. Do not add the DOT inspection as a separate line above a truck PM tier — that double-bills the customer.

Gwinnett Verticals
Tuned for the Fleets That Yard in Gwinnett
Three verticals dominate the Gwinnett commercial-vehicle landscape — logistics, distribution, and construction. Each gets a tuned one-liner on cadence, defect flow, and tier selection.
Logistics
Distribution vans and last-mile box trucks running daily routes out of a Gwinnett yard. Top, Medium, and Low truck PM tiers keep the schedule explicit, with defects logged at the line item so a delivery-day brake drag doesn’t reach the roadside.
Last-mile & distribution ops
Distribution
Higher-mileage tractors and trailers — reefer, dry van, and beverage — that need a PM cadence aligned to duty cycle. The Top, Medium, and Low truck tiers stay separate from the Dry Box Semi-Annual and Reefer Quarterly trailer schedules, without two contracts on the desk.
Tractor-trailer & reefer fleets
Construction
Dump trucks, service bodies, and crew-cab pickups running jobsite-to-jobsite across Gwinnett. The defect-and-repair log captures the day-to-day wear (mud flaps, lights, hydraulic lines) so a job-site inspection shows up on the truck’s PM record, not just as a verbal note from the foreman.

Onboarding
What Fleet Onboarding Looks Like
Five steps from "send your unit list" to "standing contract" — all Joseph, all on-site, all under the same labor rate.
- 1
Send your unit list
Tell us how many trucks and trailers, what they haul, and where they yard. We come back with a one-page scope proposal sized to your fleet.
- 2
Schedule the first PM walk
Joseph walks the yard with your lead tech on the first visit. The Tier scope is locked to each unit ID, and the cadence is set on the calendar.
- 3
We walk §396.21 with you
49 CFR 396.19 inspector qualification, 14-month record retention under 396.21(b)(1). We walk through what the inspector signs, what you keep, and what gets filed.
- 4
Anti-stacking review of your current invoices
We review your last two cycles of vendor invoices and flag any line items that would have been caught by the anti-stacking guardrail — useful intel going into the new contract.
- 5
Standing contract
You get a one-page contract, a renewal cadence, and Joseph’s direct line. $135/hr inside-scope labor is the price is the price, and no surprise mileage line items on the invoice.
