Direct response
What we handle directly
Legacy Fleet Care handles a range of mobile fleet work at your yard, loading dock, or job site. Commercial truck and trailer brake jobs are one direct service alongside diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and roadside response.
Mobile diesel diagnostics
Engine, electrical, and aftertreatment diagnostics with on-site troubleshooting. We find the problem and fix it before it strands your asset.
Preventative maintenance / PM
Scheduled service intervals, fluid programs, PM inspections, and component replacement — done at your yard so trucks stay in service.
On-site commercial brake jobs
Brake jobs for commercial trucks and trailers, performed on-site at your yard, loading dock, or job site when the work fits our mobile scope and capacity.
Emergency roadside response
When a truck is down, we respond with mobile triage, a direct read on the issue, and a clear decision about the fastest safe next step.
Capacity overflow
When we refer out
Partner referrals are for work Legacy Fleet Care does not handle through its mobile service. Legacy Fleet Care does not currently perform alignment jobs because of capacity, so alignment work is handled by a partner shop. Tire jobs requiring shop equipment may also be referred. In-scope mobile brake jobs are handled directly; if a specific brake job falls outside the mobile scope or capacity, we explain the handoff before moving forward.
We explain why each referral makes sense and keep partner-shop work separate from Legacy Fleet Care’s direct mobile fleet service, so the next step is clear.
The handoff standard
We check the real capacity
We start with the job, the timing, and the mobile slot we can actually stand behind — not a vague promise that leaves a truck waiting.
We identify the right setting
Legacy Fleet Care does not currently perform alignment jobs because of capacity, so alignment work is handled by a partner shop. Tire jobs requiring shop equipment may also go to a partner. In-scope mobile brake jobs remain a direct service.
You leave with a next step
The reason for the handoff and the expected scope stay clear, so the partner conversation starts with useful information instead of guesswork.
