Recurring truck PM contracts in Top, Medium, and Low tiers — Top: C-PM Semi-Annual, B-PM Quarterly, A-PM Annual; Medium: C-PM Annual, B-PM Quarterly; Low: C-PM As Needed, B-PM Semi-Annual, A-PM Annual. Trailer schedules are separate: Dry Box Semi-Annual and Reefer Quarterly.
